Doing an employee opinion survey is a good start, but it isn’t enough.     • Produce tailored survey reports immediately after survey is completed
  3. Feedback
    • Summarize overall company results and share with employees
    • Conduct feedback meetings with employees
    • Identify improvements that address issues identified in the feedback
    • Prioritize the 2-4 most important improvements for each stakeholder group
  4. Action
    • Document action plans, integrating goals into other business goals
    • Hold line managers accountable for goal achievement, and involve employees in the implementation
    • Monitor progress to ensure action is taken
