Participants learn how to build on their natural leadership capabilities, focusing on enhancing strengths. Incorporates results of Chatfield LBQ-360 or self-assessments such as MBTI, DISC, or FIRO-B. Build an individual development plan and line up the resources and support you need to be successful.
Daniel Goleman’s research-based model forms the framework for this learning experience. Recognizing emotional states, understanding emotions, regulating and controlling emotions and using emotions effectively are core competencies for the emotionally intelligent.
