marketing, membership development, member benefits, customer service,
and research functions of a leading professional association, overseeing
a staff of 100 and an annual revenue budget of more than $80 million.

As a not-for-profit executive, Annette held senior positions with
the American Bar Association (serving the legal profession), the
National Conference of State Legislatures (serving state legislative
policymakers and staff), and the American Water Works Association
(serving the clean water supply industry). |

Annette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from
Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Advertising from
Michigan State University.
Annette has studied in Eastern Europe and been certified as a facilitator
in organizational change initiatives by the Juran Institute. She
applies insights from Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other
assessment instruments. |
