Since 1993, Linda Projansky has been providing client-based executive
search and HR consulting services to a variety of companies across
a wide range of industries.
During her career, Linda has developed
a strong ability to assess an organization’s staffing needs
and recruit qualified, interested candidates for open positions.
Her recruiting experience spans a broad scope of industries and
areas of specialty, including marketing, manufacturing, real estate,
and financial services as well as the legal field and technology
sector. She has also assisted clients with a variety of HR challenges,
from the development of customized employee handbooks to compensation
studies and guidance on employee relations issues. |

Prior to focusing on client-based executive search & HR consulting,
Linda served as VP-HR for a large Chicago-based advertising agency,
where she was responsible for recruitment & staffing, compensation & benefits,
training & development, and employee relations. Previously,
she held senior HR positions at a number of leading companies within
the health care and insurance industries.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University
of Illinois and received her Masters degree from the Institute of
Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Loyola University.
