Nancy has a B.S. in Speech Communications with a Business Minor
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master
of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she was awarded a GOALS Fellowship
for academic excellence. She also holds a Graduate Certification
in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Chicago,
has served as an adjunct professor at the Roosevelt University School
of Business Administration, and has co-chaired the Community Development
Committee for the National Black MBA Association-Michigan Chapter.
In addition, Nancy is certified in Blanchard Situational Leadership and Organizational
