During her corporate career, Patsy worked with Aon Corporation, DSC Logistics, Russell Reynolds Associates, Chicago Title & Trust, Quill Corporation, and American Hospital Supply Corporation. As a consultant, she has worked with a wide range of organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Patsy holds a B.S. in Human Ecology and an M.S.W. emphasizing clinical consultation from Michigan State University. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and by numerous providers of training and development products.
