Robyn Hepker Sabsevitz is a specialist in Training & Development,
change management and instructional design who has worked extensively
in SAP environments. In addition to training curriculums, her instructional
design work includes end-user materials such as manuals, quick-reference
cards and training presentations as well as instructor guides for
computer-based training (CBT), Web-based training (WBT), instructor-led
training (ILT), and blended-learning approaches.

Robyn has 10 years of experience in the design, development,
implementation and evaluation of technical and non-technical training
programs. She has a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor
multi-disciplinary and matrix teams on a global basis.
As a consultant with BearingPoint in Chicago, Robyn served on SAP
implementation teams at both Hospira and SC Johnson. Her SAP experience
includes managing
change-management communications, developing implementation plans,
and leading workforce and training teams. She has developed training
materials for SAP modules, employing ISD, ADDIE and Rapid Instructional
Design methodologies as well as ILT and E-Learning tools such as RWDs
InfoPak, OnDemand, Captivate, Lectora, and InDesign. |

Robyn holds a B.A. in International Studies from Bradley
University in Peoria, IL. In addition, she was a Hansard Scholar at
the London (UK) School of Economics.
Robyn is a member of the American Society for Training and Development
(ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Society
for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the International
Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Society for Organizational
Learning (SOL). |
