Teri Pappas is a senior HR consultant with more than 15 years of
organizational development experience within the publishing, financial
services, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. She specializes
in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and employee development,
talent management, competency development and performance assessment.
She also works extensively in both change management and team interventions
as well as in training design and facilitation.

Teri has held senior HR & organizational development positions
with TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Volkswagen of America, the Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago, and Pearson Performance Solutions (formerly
McGraw-Hill/London House).

Teri is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago
from which she received a B.S. in Applied Psychology. She received
her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Within the academic community, Teri is an adjunct professor with
the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where she teaches
Research Methods for Management. In addition, she has been published
in a number of professional journals on topics ranging from measuring
customer service orientation and explaining type behavior to managerial
training effectiveness, leadership evaluations, and assessing the
impact of individual personalities on team performance. |
